Core of Knowledge: Admission and Assessment Retention - Meeting Clients Needs and Services (November 2024)
This class will discuss the responsibilities care homes have when accepting a client into their care. We will also discuss the responsibilities care homes have to making sure the clients medical, behavior and skill development needs are met. Participants will learn how to create data collection tools. They will learn how to make progress reports to clients authorized representatives and ID team. And participants will learn what client records need to be maintained in the care home and will learn how to create and maintain a separate, complete and current record for each client.
