Core of Knowledge: Physical Needs - RHCCP Diabetes (October 2025)
This class will enable licensees, administrators and others in charge of assessing clients for intake or for retention in the home. This class will discuss what documents and procedures need to be in place before accepting somebody with a restricted health condition and discuss which conditions under no circumstances can be admitted into ARF.
By the end of the course, participants will:
a. Understand the definition of prohibited and restricted health conditions.
b. Be able to create and follow a restricted health care condition care plan
c. Understand different restricted condition care plans for the conditions listed in 80092.
d. Admin and Licensees will learn what their responsibilities are for supervising and training employees and for involvement of licensed medical professionals.
