This class will clearly define what is expected of individuals and care providers in reducing and replacing problematic behaviors. Learn how to set house rules. Learn how to be empowered when dealing with individuals who regularly overstep the boundaries and disregard the rights of others. Learn phrasing and how to communicate in an assertive non-threatening approach.
